Our special sauce is combining creator talent who grew up on the Roblox platform with creatives and operators with decades of experience building consumer brands and telling stories in creative ways. The Supersocial team combines deep Roblox expertise with AAA experience and creative storytellers who, together, design cutting edge experiences that feels authentic to metaverse communities.

How you’ll make an impact

We are looking for a highly organized, Project Manager, who is passionate about, building, managing and nurturing client relations and delivering excellent services to our brand partners.

You will play an instrumental role as the main point of contact with our brand partners to help establish the vision and goals to bring their brand experiences to life on the platform. You will collaborate with the Lead Producer to set the priorities, develop the roadmap, and provide updates to both the internal development team and brand partners from concept to post-launch.

We are looking for a someone with excellent communication and presentation skills who is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and ensure information and updates are shared to all parties involved in real time in order to execute the product at the highest level.

You will be part of a cross-functional team composed of Robloxians and industry-wide functional experts. Previous Roblox experience is a plus, but what counts is your curiosity and drive to learn about a new platform and be part of community of passionate creators and players.

You’ll enjoy this role if you can…

  • Work with the Lead Project Manager to ensure the vision, goals, KPIs and benchmarks for the experience are clearly defined and accounted for in the development stage for the partner.

  • Assist the Lead Project Manager in scheduling and maintaining all external calls/meetings, take notes and support with any needed follow up action items.

  • Assist Lead Project Manager with all internal/partner facing needs, guaranteeing partner feedback are delivered within the needed time frame and schedule stays on track.

  • Help the Lead Project Manager to identify and resolve any potential obstacles (in collaboration with the Producer) to ensure meeting partner goals and project timelines.

  • Assist the Lead Project Manager to create and deliver presentations to partner stakeholders per milestones/weekly syncs, and manage partner feedback deadlines to keep the project on track.

  • Assist the Lead Project Manager in creating and delivering any internal presentations in collaboration with Producer

  • Assist the Lead Project Manager in working with the marketing lead on liaising with the partner on needed materials, approvals, etc.

  • Assist the Lead Project Manager in owning the process for any needed Roblox approvals

Qualifications

Must Have

  • Proven experience in a related role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional remote team environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the Roblox platform
